INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage customer data (e.g. Data validation after new registration, # of employees etc.)
• Prepare analyses to evaluate potential of new sales sectors
• Manage & maintain “geomarketing” application
• Ensure consistent allocation of customers to segments/applications per country
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for specific sales related questions (e.g. Deep-dives on customer churn, sales rep performance, etc.)

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Enrich customer database with data sourced from external partners (e.g. # of employees, total sales, …) in alignment with central teams (sales, IT)
• Manage tour planning application (with local sales teams) and optimize tours
• Support in team selling activities, e.g. Call planning wizard (with field and inside sales)
